I would suggest this place for a couple. Comfy bed with personal outdoor bathtub. Fantastic breakfast set. Friendly and helpful staff. Also close to Nimman where you can easily find restaurants. The hotel itself has a rooftop bar alongside a swimming pool. Nice place to stay. (from Tripadvisor)
We stayed at Akyra Manor to celebrate my birthday with a stay-cation in the city. The entire stay was amazing from beginning to end! The rooms were absolutely incredible. The amount of detail (such as the cocktail of the day and the oil diffusers in the room) added so much to the comfort and personalization of the hotel. From the moment we were picked up at the airport we were treated like family. The staff could not do enough to help us. The room was a delight - more like a suite than a room - with every creature comfort you can imagine, including a pillow menu, a Hollywood-style make up mirror, and a divine outdoor alcove with a tub! The bar and pool area on the rooftop is lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our nightly cocktails with a view of the mountains and the beautiful glowing temple at the top. By far the most outstanding this about this wonderful boutique hotel was the restaurant! We both agreed we have never been so well fed in any hotel ever! (from Tripadvisor)
