Great service at breakfast restaurant and bar as well as the front desk. The room was clean and bed comfortable: I slept well and enjoyed playing with the Alexa that was provided. The hotel is very close to trams and the harbourside shopping centre, and a very short walk across the bridge to some attractions such as Sea Life. The staff was incredible, very helpful, from reception to the bar staff. Top service, very friendly, kind, and considerate. Will definitely be staying again. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to shops and to the event I was attending. I normally would venture out, but decided to stay in every night... and the food is awesome, especially the bar snacks made by the bartender. 100% will see you guys again.
