This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Our room was beautifully presented with a large comfy bed, a fabulous bathtub to soak in and excellent bath products that were continually replaced. Service was great both in restaurants and general room servicing. Beautiful atmosphere there amongst the marina. I would have liked more choice on all the menus but what was there was very good. The most beautiful place to stay in Port Stephens! My husband and I stayed two nights on a business trip and we loved it. We were impressed with everything. Sparkling wine on check-in, wow! and extremely friendly professional and efficient staff. I observed staff around the pool offering slices of watermelon to guests and taking drink orders. Bed and pillows were amazing as was the buffet breakfast. Staff at breakfast made us feel most welcome and the quality of food was exceptional. We will be back - most definitely. (from Tripadvisor)
Hands down best staff service I have ever experienced from any stay anywhere, including 5-star hotels - each was friendly, attentive and accommodating. The furnishings and amenities in the room and throughout the property were functional and stylish. We had a loft room with a balcony with a waterfront view of the marina; the view was also good from inside when it got too windy. Wide variety at the buffet breakfast, including gluten-free, a chocolate fountain, barista-made coffees, self-served freshly made juices (your choice of ingredients), and sparkling wine.
