This hotel is a beachfront hotel and near a shopping centre. The service is excellent and very helpful staff. The room is clean and convenient. There are many restaurants to serve the guests. I like the lagoon swimming pool with the happy hour :) (from Tripadvisor)
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated like family and friends. Polite friendly and helpful is just a small compliment from the gardening staff, security, pool staff, housekeeping, bar staff, restaurant staff, receptionist through to Thomas the General Manager. From the moment we arrived to the second we left everything was almost perfect. We booked the Club Grand Room King for our 15th anniversary. We checked in at the club floor, we were shown to our room and it surpassed all our expectations. We have stayed in some wonderful rooms and this was up there with the best.
