We've been traveling to Bali for 10 years and The Ungasan is the best resort we've ever stayed in. Everything is perfect and beautiful... great breakfast by the pool and dinner at the beach club. You have your own plunge pool as well as shared facilities which include a large pool, media room and lounge room all surrounded by beautiful gardens and ponds. During our stay, we met several butlers and they were all amazing and there to assist you with anything ...Exec Chef Josh Tyler (Australian) was so humble and we enjoyed all our chats and Josh even went through the trouble of giving us recipes. Sunday Beach Club is fantastic and the staff made us all feel so welcome too. Overall 10/10 and we cannot wait to go back. (from Tripadvisor)

Food in the hotel in all venues perfect and a must to try all the dishes... and cocktails. We didn’t want to eat outside the hotel at all as the food was too good.
