I travel to Newcastle frequently and wanted to stay somewhere different. The greeting that I received from the staff and the incredible vibe that smacked me in the face...I was taken aback and almost shocked that this is completely different to any hotel I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Coincidently, that night I was utterly energised, exploring the area, visiting Foghorn Brewing and having a meal locally. It was the best night with every experience at every turn amazing. After reflection, I’m sure the reception I received and the standard of the room completely energised me, placing all my senses on alert. This hotel is SO cool and serves up warm, authentic customer service. The design is edgy, fab location and the rooftop bar is something special. I think the attention to detail makes QT stand out – think Dyson hairdryers, gorgeous tones and textures and a really smooth no front desk check-in. The beds are super comfy and the restaurant is brilliant – it’s the type of place where you don’t need to go out because everything you need is here at QT. I know this review may sound a bit OTT, but this place really is special – you won’t find anything like it in Newcastle. It’s just as cool as all the QT’s but this one has a 'new' touch.
