The staff were fantastic. Their service was absolutely great. I was running late for a very important appointment and late to check out. The concierge and the rest of the staff were so helpful that it reduced my stress levels and I felt much more relaxed which is great when you are about to leave for a stressful event. Furthermore, I had ordered room service, and it arrived on the dot and cooked exactly the way I had wanted it. All in all, my stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel. I picked this hotel because of its location to the city and theatres. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very quiet at night. Walked to all the places we had planned to visit and used the close by station for longer trips. (from Tripadvisor)
